We service everything we sell — and a good deal of what we don't. Last Mile runs full repair shops in San Francisco and San Rafael for electric bikes, electric scooters, Onewheels, electric skateboards and electric dirt bikes. Labor is $150/hour. A standard diagnosis is $75.

Electric bikes, electric scooters, Onewheels and electric skateboards, electric dirt bikes and motos, kids' electric bikes, and electric unicycles.
Brands we stock and service in house: Super73, Segway and Ninebot, Dualtron and MiniMotors, Rovoron, Future Motion (Onewheel), Evolve, Zooz, JackRabbit, Macfox, P-51, Rawrr, E Ride Pro, NIU, Carver and Loaded.
If it's a brand we carry, the parts are usually already on our shelf. If it isn't, we'll still take a look — parts availability is the limit, not willingness.
Repairs we do every week
- Diagnostics — hardware and firmware, for anything that won't power on, cuts out under load, or throws an error code.
- Brakes — pad and rotor replacement, hydraulic bleeds, caliper and brake assembly installs, adjustment.
- Tires and tubes — pneumatic, tubeless and solid tire conversions, including Dualtron, Speedway and Onewheel changes, plus sealant installs.
- Motors, controllers and wiring — motor and hub replacement, controller swaps, throttle and cutoff switches, full wiring harnesses.
- Batteries — testing, rebalancing and connector work, including Boosted XR battery service.
- Drivetrain and wheels — chains, derailleurs, chain tensioners, spoke replacement and wheel truing.
- Builds and installs — new-bike assembly, turn signals, mirrors, racks, grips, handlebars, seats and accessories.
- Tune-ups — 360 service inspection, inspection plus tune-up, and the full tune-up and cleaning package.

Common questions
Do you repair electric bikes and scooters you didn't sell?
Yes. If it's a brand we carry, you're in good hands and the parts are usually in stock. For brands we don't carry, we'll diagnose it and do the work when parts can be sourced — sometimes we can, sometimes we can't, and we'll tell you which before you commit.
How much does an e-bike or scooter repair cost?
Labor runs $150 per hour. A standard diagnosis is $75 and covers inspecting both the hardware and the onboard software. Parts are quoted separately, and rates can change once a technician has actually looked the vehicle over.
My scooter won't turn on. Can you fix it?
Usually. A dead scooter is most often a battery, a controller, a cut-off switch or a damaged wiring harness, and all four are routine work for us. Start with the diagnosis so the repair is aimed at the real fault rather than the obvious one.
Do you work on electric bike batteries?
We test, rebalance and re-connector packs, and we handle Boosted XR battery service. We do not rebuild cells.
Can you change a Onewheel or Dualtron tire?
Yes — Onewheel, Dualtron, Speedway and electric skateboard tire and tube changes are all standard jobs, including solid-tire conversions.
Do you service electric bikes near me in the Bay Area?
We cover San Francisco from the Hayes Valley shop and Marin County from San Rafael, and we regularly see riders from Oakland, Berkeley, Daly City, Sausalito, Mill Valley, Novato and the Peninsula.
