USA Shipping

  • Orders over $100 ship free within the contiguous United States, excluding electric bikes, electric motorcycles, and other oversized products.

  • Orders under $100 have a flat $15 shipping charge.

  • Most orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground.

  • Orders are typically shipped within one business day.

  • Expedited shipping may not be available on certain products due to battery shipping regulations and carrier restrictions.

  • Orders valued at $150 or more may require a signature upon delivery.

  • Scooters, electric bikes, electric motorcycles, skateboards, and other high-value products may require a signature regardless of order value.

  • Additional shipping restrictions may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote locations.

Electric Bike, Scooter & E-Moto Shipping

Shipping large electric bikes, electric motorcycles, and certain oversized products can be challenging. While our website provides shipping estimates during checkout, some products are too large to ship through standard UPS or FedEx services and must be transported by a freight carrier.

In these cases, actual shipping costs may be higher or lower than the amount collected at checkout. Freight shipping costs can range from approximately $300 to $600 depending on the product, destination, and carrier availability.

We do our best to keep shipping charges as fair and accurate as possible. If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you before the order ships and provide the option to approve the additional cost or cancel the order for a full refund. Likewise, if you have overpaid for shipping, we will refund the difference.

Shipping Address Issues

We make every effort to honor the shipping rates displayed at checkout. However, certain remote locations, commercial delivery requirements, freight restrictions, oversized products, or carrier surcharges may result in higher shipping costs than our system can accurately estimate.

If shipping to your address is not feasible at the quoted rate, we will contact you before shipping the order. You will have the option to pay the difference or cancel the order for a full refund.

Delivery Times

Most in-stock orders ship within one business day. Delivery times vary by carrier, destination, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control. While we will do everything possible to get your order to you quickly, transit times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
